Capture the encounter.
A provider exports a standard FHIR record. Our institution node is designed to prepare, encrypt, and sign it. Paper-to-digital records include human review where needed.
Open standards, connected sourcesOne life. Many care teams. A record that stays with you.
Meet LifeRecord Alpha—health information with
the patient at the center.
THE FUTURE IS PERSONAL.01 — A CONNECTED HEALTH STORYBuilt around a simple belief:
Your record.Your permission.Your next chapter.INTRODUCING LIFERECORD ALPHA
Your history shouldn’t be scattered across portals, paper folders, and the places you used to live.
LifeRecord Alpha is being built to turn medical encounters into verifiable records you control—so the right care team can see the right history, with your permission.
Bring the thread of your health history across providers and life changes.
Choose who can read a record and for how long. Revoke access when you decide.
Designed for verifiable records, traceable to the provider that issued them.
Your records. Your permission.
A source-linked overview of a care encounter. Supporting documents stay connected to the original record.
Illustrative interface with synthetic data. Not a live medical record.
A CLEARER PATH TO CONTINUITY
From a care encounter to the next conversation.
Here’s the workflow we’re building.
A provider exports a standard FHIR record. Our institution node is designed to prepare, encrypt, and sign it. Paper-to-digital records include human review where needed.
Open standards, connected sourcesYour wallet brings records and access decisions together. Choose a care team, grant a time-limited window, and stay in control of the next step.
Patient-mediated accessA receiving clinician verifies and reads in-session. The architecture is designed to keep authoritative records at their source, rather than create another permanent copy.
Source-resident by designA privacy-led architecture in development. Clinical, security, and regulatory validation are required before healthcare deployment.
BUILT AROUND REAL LIVES

For people & families
A new city. A different specialist. Someone you care for. LifeRecord Alpha is being built for the moments when your health story needs to cross the gaps between care teams.
THE COMPANY BEHIND THE CONNECTION
We believe the person should be the constant in a changing healthcare system.
ZoeGemHealth is the holding company behind LifeRecord Alpha, our first product. Our starting point is practical: make paper and cross-border health records easier to carry into the next care conversation, beginning in Europe.
We bring together clinical perspective, health-data engineering, product development, and cloud security. One shared focus: useful technology that gives people a more active role in their health story.
Physician and public-health perspective, with hands-on experience building healthcare data pipelines and FHIR integrations.
Healthtech and AI product experience across clinical imaging and machine learning. Stanford graduate and medical degree candidate in Naples.
Enterprise cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security experience, bringing a practical systems lens to patient-controlled health data.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Curious about something else?
We’d love to hear what’s on your mind.
ZoeGemHealth is the holding company. LifeRecord Alpha is our first product: a patient-controlled approach to verifiable health records. This website introduces the company and invites early users and design partners to help shape the product.
LifeRecord Alpha is in early development. We are collecting beta interest and speaking with potential design partners. The interactive wallet on this page is an illustrative concept using synthetic data—not a live patient account. Joining the waitlist or applying does not guarantee access or a launch date.
A portal usually represents one provider or system. Our goal is a patient-controlled record that can be shared across care teams. The proposed architecture links records to their issuing source and lets the patient grant time-limited reading access, rather than relying on another permanent central collection of copies.
Patient permission is central to the product design, including time-limited grants and revocation. The planned receiving-clinician flow uses in-session reading, while authoritative records remain at their source. These are design goals, not a guarantee against every form of copying or an independent compliance certification. Legal, security and clinical review are required before healthcare deployment.
Our intended model is free access for patients, with institution licensing for participating providers. Commercial terms and beta availability are still being developed. We do not collect payments on this website.
No. This website only collects general contact and product-interest information. Please do not send medical records, symptoms, diagnoses or other sensitive health details. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency care or a clinical record service through this site.
